Having dinner at “Chez Pastis” is not about having a tasty meal, it is not about having a nice service, it is not about being in a romantic athmosphere and it is not about sharing some laughs with your table neighbours.
Starter: unique on the island, we are specialised in smoked fish carpaccio, home made with our own equipment and selected aromas. It is served with capers and a citronette sauce (extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice).
Pasta: home made cheesy flowers pasta, filled with goat home made ricotta and green olives.
Main Course: Chez Pastis is famous all over the island for our Brazilian sublime filet mignon, perfectly cooked on sight on the kitchen grill and accompanied by a selection of sauces to choose from.
Wine: a selection of white, rosé and red wines from Cape Verde, Portugal and Italy can be found at Chez Pastis. Our special ones? Robertson Winery from South Africa.
