The Ô.Grille is a fine dining restaurant Located in the southeast of the island of Sal and sits at the base of the Hotel Meliá Tortuga Beach Resort & SPA, now open to the outside public of the Hotel.
There are also stunning views of the ocean and Monte Leão which provide the island’s most famous sunsets.

It has been opened since May 2011 and led by Chef Ronal Garay and during that time it has evolved considerably, both in food and in experience.
Today, the restaurant offers a typical American menu in the main dining room, but guests can also visit the bar simply for a cocktail or glass of wine.
