The idea of Horse riding in Cape Verde was born from our passion for the Horses and the deep knowledge of their habits. The strong culture for horses that we found once we arrived in Cape Verde made our dream come true.
Now healthy, happy and very well looked after, mostly of our Horses are rescued Horses coming from different islands of the Cape Verdean Archipelago.
Ride them and not only you will have a fabulous time, but also you will help us to rescue and care for more Horses.
The stables are only 3 minutes away from Santa Maria, in the green and peaceful Botanical Garden Viveiro
Trails and Excursions
We offer a variety of treks suitable for Beginners, Intermediates and Expert Riders.
Together with our experienced English speaking guides you will ride along white beaches of Sal island, wander through the Salt Mines and leave your traks on the sandy desert.
With particular reservation and request we can organize also Private Rides and Romantic Rides at Sunset.
All the rides start and finish at our stables, where you can meet our horses and get familiar with them before you start riding.
If you want to ride on a Special Day or with the best conditions (early morning or late afternoon) we suggest to book your horseback riding excursion in advance directly from your country.
